Where are they gonna do this? Any of these athletes? Won’t be able to use university facilities & someone mentioned their old high schools. I kinda doubt that too for liability reasons. Suppose they can roll up to the park & roll around in the grass for $40/hr.

there is absolutely no reason not to do this.

-SA’s get some money, driven by the market value
-kids become lifelong fans of the player and school
-kids actually learn stuff that helps them play
-during camp mom and dad go to club pool and get wasted
-mom has baby 9 months later
-cycle starts over

Olympic sport coaches rely on summer camp $ for extra income. As mentioned, they have cost advantages of facilities and liability coverage over some camp start up featuring college athletes. They also aren’t going to give up the extra cash they make to a student athlete, so they can make a few bucks.

Actually for someone like Jorbo, wiesy, or even the McCaffery’s this is where they can make legitimate spending cash. I would 100% spend $100, $500, whatever for my girls to talk or work out with Caitlin or Megan for a birthday or Christmas present. They idolize them.
