He plays too straight up at the moment. I’m sure a lot of that is the practice time he missed. Once he learns how to use his size with leverage he’ll be very good.

Right. Which is why it's useless to even speculate where a kid will go to school. No one knows what he cares about or values. You can say "Well, this school churns out pros!" or "My favorite school is a proven winner!" but at the end of the day the kid might like the dorms or maybe has a favorite aunt who lives near the school or he really likes an asst coach.

That would be an extremely underwhelming offer. He is a walk-on level player, pretty lumbering. He reminded me of Ezra Miller, who simply overwhelmed smaller kids in the smaller school circuit. Save the scholarship. I get that the small schools have thrown out offers to him but he's not a P5 level athlete.

If he would get offered, I'll come back to this post in a year when he transfers to Dordt
