Update from Notre Dame 247 guy on Nwankpa - says that Notre Dame thinks they lead and are confident they will land him, but that Nwankpa has been telling people close to him that Iowa leads right now. Seems pretty consistent with what the sentiment has been from Iowa people the last several weeks.
