Buddy, cmon. He's not a freshman. What does he have left? One year? 2? I'm not going to look. It's a month before the season. Do you think he's going to put on 20-30 lbs AND learn a completely different position well enough to contribute NEXT YEAR? Forget about this year. Plus, quarterbacks are different. It's rare to see them willing to switch positions and actually be successful, Derby notwithstanding.

Yeah I know he's not gonna put the weight on that quickly. I thought this at the end of last year.

But that brings up a concern: if we do indeed have a good QB, will our super smart football people here be willing to give them credit?
