Iowa needs a 5 so, so badly. Heiden might be it next year, but O'Grady sucks and has sucked, and shoehorning Hannah into the 5 is like the one year when Greg Brunner had to play center because everyone taller than him either got hurt or missed grades.

They really should have just had CC throw together a massive bag for Lauren Betts after 2023. I'm not sure you can actually win a NC without elite post play, and we haven't had that for the last two seasons. Go get somebody in the portal.

They're calling a little bit of hand checking on defense as much as they're calling gather steps travelling. Which is never. Yeah that was ankle though and this is clearly a knee of the non contact plant variety. Maybe only a sprain like the Molly Davis variety but I have to think she is done for the tourney.

I have wondered the same, but assumed that the interest from either her or Iowa wasn't there. Was she being pursued by any higher D1 schools?
