Players are no longer messing with the NBA Draft Process which required fringe players to run around all spring and summer traveling and working out like crazy to the point many would be broken down and tired for the upcoming season when they came back.

Now the NIL money is so great 70% of them said fuck it and will just work out with their team and get paid a lot of money. I've been loud as hell that NIL is ruining college basketball overall (and it is), but this is one of the actual benefits that more players are staying in college because the money is better than G-League or overseas.

If they can get their heads together and put in some rules to create more stability while having nearly the same money, they might greatly improve college basketball.
