But $2-3M of that is rev share that wasn’t available last year. Still, guessing it’s at least $1.5M improvement in commitments.

They have a couple months until the ticket process begins. I’ll be interested to see if they have any changes this year or if proposals are all pushed to the future.

Ben was on KCRG last week and when they asked him about CHA renovations he said he had no input but would like to see it downsized to 10K or so to make it consistently full, loud and shift the supply/demand. @BBK, @douglasbader, myself and plenty others have been suggesting that for years. Wrestling and bandwagon WBB fans might be upset but they can pay up.

It isn't even a pessimist vs optimist thing, it's a 2004 vs 2024 thing. There's really little reason to assume the first year needs to be square one.

This isn't a team returning one player, it's a team returning 5 players, two starters and the 6th man, but wearing a different uniform.

Exactly. This will be a tough, disciplined team that will often be outmatched athletically but will usually make up for it. In the current Big 10 filled with programs treading water or searching for an identity there’s no reason they shouldn’t finish in the top half.
