If I had to pick our next coach from our current staff, it would definitely be Lester

Lester has already been a HC and got fired at WMU.
I would imagine Wallace would be more apt to get the nod if we are just looking at current staff... but doubt he gets it either

Lester was pretty decent at WMU. He had one losing season, 5-7 in his sixth and final year and got fired under a new AD. Nothing special, but equal or better success than most of the other coaches WMU has had in recent history

Lester is perfect as OC. Dude is making seven figures and doesn’t have to deal with all the head coach BS. I’d rather he just stick with OC and keep improving the offense. Seth can pick up the HC duties when the time comes. Levar can fuck off.
