he was so dominant as a prospect as thought he would go as high as a team who needed a safety would take him. Never heard a single bad thing about him from any one. For some reason his physicality didn’t seem to translate immediately, which is crazy given the program track record for safeties and defensive backs in general.

D-line seems far and away the biggest problem on defense. If that’s solved the defense just needs a pass rush to be very good. The other concern is special teams. Hard to imagine Iowa will get the scoring from it that we have been seeing before.

Reese never really left. He officially retired, but has been helping out since. I assume most people notice that that’s Noah Shannon in the white shirt too.

Scott Chandler is also helping in some capacity on offense as well after stepping down as Liberty High Schools coach.

As funny as the basketball staffs looked in the winter in terms of numbers, football is 10x as bad.
