I had the same view during Covid when those out of state assholes were transferring to Iowa schools. Lots of pushback. WORK HARDER AND BEAT EM OUT!!!

he was so dominant as a prospect as thought he would go as high as a team who needed a safety would take him. Never heard a single bad thing about him from any one. For some reason his physicality didn’t seem to translate immediately, which is crazy given the program track record for safeties and defensive backs in general.

D-line seems far and away the biggest problem on defense. If that’s solved the defense just needs a pass rush to be very good. The other concern is special teams. Hard to imagine Iowa will get the scoring from it that we have been seeing before.
