I have no idea why any of them would be upset. They spent over a decade at Iowa and were able to watch their children play and get an education. Fran had a lot of success here, but the direction of the program had clearly become stale.

People stopped showing up. There was zero excitement around the program, and Fran was unwilling to adapt to the NIL era.
