Iowa was a 2.5 point dog tonight to the #44 team.

Cook’s maturation and growth as a player isn’t with bringing the ball up or the jump shots. To me it’s how he finishes on the block. He’s showing more versatility and intelligence that up and under being a perfect example. Even last year he settles for the off hand jump hook on that play.

Correct, that is a huge possibility. Almost no team gets through a season without losing an unexpected game.

Michigan State lost to Illinois this week. Maryland lost to Illinois last week. Rutgers is beating some decent teams. Penn State knocked off a much higher team.

I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but he was worn out. The offense was stagnant in the second half because he was tired and being hounded while dribbling at the top of the key. He bailed them out with great shots but Fran needs to play Connor more with bohannon off the ball. We saw that all of last year and it ended up in alot of turnovers.

Have to see the official minutes but thought Connor did a good job of that. Probably could have played him more but Maishe does a good job of playing solid defense and not making any mistakes. Couple bonus buckets tonight. That elbow jumper by Connor hopefully gives him some confidence.

Has Fran relied on him like that any other game this year? I haven't paid that close of attention, but Fran seems to have done a great job managing minutes this year. Injuries have actually helped with that.

Just a great fucking win. They have some issues on offense but were 36th nationally defensively. Got almost nothing from Garza, Moss was a mess, Kriener was terrible and we got some shitty road officiating. To never let them get the lead for however many minutes with all that against us on the road is a hell of a deal.

That's definitely one of Cook's best overall games of his career. Smart with the ball, unselfish, and played hard all night. Missed a couple easy ones that would have made his night better but hit a couple tough ass shots.

Good to see bohannon's stones make a big return. Joe didn't get much going 2nd half but gave us the 1st half cushion, so many steals lately, he's such a stud. Connor played really well and that pull up from the elbow hopefully helps him. Maishe gave good minutes. Baer is Baer, will hit some of those shots. Drink up.
