All of Iowa's starters have 2 or more 20+ point games. I may get pwned by @HawkLax6 but I doubt there are many D1 teams that can say that. Indiana has two Langford and Morgan.

6-2 is realistic over the last 8 games.

24-7 and 13-7 in conference would be awesome. That is at least a 5 seed I would think.

Great win! Embraced the refs and the runs. Persevered and got a good road W.

The magic number is 3, boyz.
Nah, they are already in.

bohannon is fucking amazing but Fran has to get him more rest off the ball. You can't expect that every night.
That’s the best part, it’s not expected every night. He was pretty bad at times early in the year, but when he needs to do it, he does. Finding his stride and clutch as always.

If they can simply play the defense they played tonight they can be a huge threat with their offense being elite. 5 starters average double figures. 2 bench guys are fully capable of getting 17+ in a game as well.

We got roughly 3.5 hours before I’ll have to go see a doctor.

Next 6 games are very winnable. Might be favoured in all 6.
Will almost certainly be dogs by a few points at Ohio State.
I dont agree. I think we will be favoured by a point or 2 there.
Ohio State is #34 KenPom and close to that in NET.

Iowa was a 2.5 point dog tonight to the #44 team.

There is almost no chance Iowa will be favored at Ohio State.

I still expect them to drop a dumb one at some point - I’d say 5-3. But 23 wins would still be great.

6-2, 2 wins in the BTT or 7-1, 1 win in the BTT is a 3 seed, and anywhere from 2-4.

Mark it down.

Cook’s maturation and growth as a player isn’t with bringing the ball up or the jump shots. To me it’s how he finishes on the block. He’s showing more versatility and intelligence that up and under being a perfect example. Even last year he settles for the off hand jump hook on that play.
Hard shot!

Correct, that is a huge possibility. Almost no team gets through a season without losing an unexpected game.

Michigan State lost to Illinois this week. Maryland lost to Illinois last week. Rutgers is beating some decent teams. Penn State knocked off a much higher team.

Baer has two 17 + point games in his career and none since he was a So....

Thank you for proving my point?
17 is a bit rich considering he no longer plays those minutes. Kreiner's high is 15 btw. I'd settle for "double figures"

I guess Connor is the ultimate role player, but it would be nice if he were at least a little bit of an outside threat. Just elbow j today at least.

I really wanted that corner 3 to go down for Dailey. He could use the confidene and we could use an occasional outburst from him off the bench.

bohannon and Cook both played like they were on a mission tonight. I’ve thought Connor was playing too much the last couple games. Tonight I don’t think he played enough.

How many nights has he done that?
I'm not sure exactly what you're asking but he was worn out. The offense was stagnant in the second half because he was tired and being hounded while dribbling at the top of the key. He bailed them out with great shots but Fran needs to play Connor more with bohannon off the ball. We saw that all of last year and it ended up in alot of turnovers.
Have to see the official minutes but thought Connor did a good job of that. Probably could have played him more but Maishe does a good job of playing solid defense and not making any mistakes. Couple bonus buckets tonight. That elbow jumper by Connor hopefully gives him some confidence.

Has Fran relied on him like that any other game this year? I haven't paid that close of attention, but Fran seems to have done a great job managing minutes this year. Injuries have actually helped with that.

Interesting that Connor and Moss barely played in the second half. I was a little worried that they were too gassed. Huge balls by everyone down the stretch.

Just a great fucking win. They have some issues on offense but were 36th nationally defensively. Got almost nothing from Garza, Moss was a mess, Kriener was terrible and we got some shitty road officiating. To never let them get the lead for however many minutes with all that against us on the road is a hell of a deal.

That's definitely one of Cook's best overall games of his career. Smart with the ball, unselfish, and played hard all night. Missed a couple easy ones that would have made his night better but hit a couple tough ass shots.

Good to see bohannon's stones make a big return. Joe didn't get much going 2nd half but gave us the 1st half cushion, so many steals lately, he's such a stud. Connor played really well and that pull up from the elbow hopefully helps him. Maishe gave good minutes. Baer is Baer, will hit some of those shots. Drink up.

Fran also drew up some good stuff late and on the inbounds vs. pressure. Plus some easy buckets on BLOB.

Iowa is one of six Division I teams who feature at least five different players with multiple 20-point games this season.

No pwnage.
