One of the beat writers today shared that a source close to the program still thinks Iowa stays in-house for the next OC. Caveated that they obviously don’t know for sure, but that was the current sentiment.

Which writer? It isn't going to be the dipshit Wisconsin dipshit. It's going to be Lavar if they stay in house.

This is the same group of tards who thought Tony Hook end dove tail red whirlybird Hank out or Drew Tate were frontrunners for the QB coach opening. They don't know anything

I don't know his resume, but I can't imagine Drew Tate wouldn't at least have some upside.

If you WERE going to stay in house, I think it would be a huge mistake to not hand those duties off immediately to see what you have there before going in to the off-season
Iowa doesn’t operate like normal programs

“One of the best writers close to the program” is one of the most lol-worthy phrases ever.

I'm not sure if I agree or not. If you're say this because you believe the last few games could be used to evaluate the new in house OC, then I guess I don't agree. It's not really fair to expect a new OC to turn a sow's ear into a silk purse in just a few short games.
