I agree. Johns was OC at Indiana back when Kevin Wilson was HC there. They had some pretty good offenses while he was there. I'm not sure if his style would be a fit with Kirk but I think it would be a good hire.

I looked at Greg Davis’ hire date and it was late February. But O’Keefe hadn’t been hired by the Dolphins until early February, so that makes some sense I suppose.

Philbin wouldn’t be all that exciting and he has very very little playcalling experience, but at least he’s been exposed to a bunch of NFL offenses and variety. His OL coaching should be solid too. He wouldn’t be my first choice, but Kirk could do worse. I’m still holding out hope for a good surprise though.
