This feels like something somebody said in a Casey’s while getting coffee and it follows a player around for the rest of his career.

But if true, Cade can GFH.
It had to feel familiar to going to the grade school to hand out gifts and not one kid knew who he was.

Some random poster suggested that after the last three seasons, Iowa should be willing to really open the checkbook up, which Blair quickly corrected him. So that's neat.

Was this with some sort of caveat of the potential to become sort of a head coach in waiting? I could see a scenario that Chip would want to bolt UCLA due to the current lack of support from their fanbase athletic department, but only with some security that he would be a HC soon.

With that being said, it seems very unlike something the Ferentz regime would be willing to do.
Who the fuck calls themselves Dr Hawk? LOL what a douchebag.

why wouldn't Cade M ask for more $$? It's the last season he'll ever play, not like he has an NFL future

He certainly can ask, but should have the self reflection that he didn't deliver on current obligations. But guessing he, like others in program, don't count injuries toward performance goals

Brian had the easiest performance goal of all time. To the point that we rightfully mocked Gary Barta for how stupid it was.

Yet he still managed to fuck that up in the most glorious fashion of all time. 78 teams hit Brian’s goal and he missed it by nearly 10 points per game.

He hit the # against Utah St (26) and Western Michigan (41).

I kind of get where KF was coming from now that I look back on it.

How many times did they avoid shutouts due to non- offensive TD's the past 2-3 years
the last time Iowa’s lone score was a D/ST TD was the 2004 Arizona State game. This doesn’t account for short fields or games where iowa had multiple scores but more on defense.

Ok, thanks- seemed like last year they had a couple def/safety score games.

Final score of the Utah State game was 24-14. He didn't even hit it in that game....

Take it with a dash of salt but im also seeing smoke around saban being fed up with the 'magnifying glass' of Tuscaloosa and thag he has entered into exploratory talks for a sort of 'associate head coach / coach in waiting role in iowa city, which he feels is more a bespoke fit to his central identity. Dont take it to the bank but rhats what im hearing.
