The great thing about it is that I think Kirk actually gave an answer, that if you read between the Kirk lines, absolutely confirmed that Brian didn't get as big of a raise because of performance.

Lachey will be heavily involved in TE. He had injuries last year but is almost the receiving TE as La Porta but bigger and faster .
