On a Petras scale of 1-100, he was about a 95. That’s damn near as good as we’re going to get out of him, and it was way better than I thought he could be. He had a couple shitty throws, but a ton that were quite good, plus the one where he eluded a rusher (using that term extremely loosely, but I’m not sure he’s done anything close to that) and threw a great ball to LaPorta for a huge first down. It was enough to make me not hate him, which is saying a lot. I hope he goes through the Senior ceremony and I hope he gets a damn good ovation.

On a normal scale of 1-100, it's about 9.5.

Guys, guys. Your suggestions are fair. However, the positioning of those guys is irrelevant to the point I was trying to make. We must come together as one and celebrate Spencer for ascending to his position as the second worst QB of the Ferentz era.

Stanzi was overrated deal with it

In terms of the rankings, he's probably where he should be. But he IS ahead of Stanley

Both had three full seasons as a starter. He had a better career QB Rating, completion percentage, and Y/A.

Stanley gets edge in Total TD's, Total INT's, (and rate obviously) and Total Yards.

My love for Fat Nate and his absurd QB Sneak abilities are well known. But he's slightly behind Stanley overall.

Having guys like Fant Or Hockenson had a lot to do with that.
So did having an ounce of trust in Fat Nate's big swinging dick. With the current offense that does not exist, and missing out on a FG opportunity would be crushing.

Sure, but there wasn’t anyone who could cover Fant in the red zone. IMO, we didn’t use him enough

Yea I'm not sure how much it matters with Petras

No disagreement here.
If the rule is that a play can only be reversed with clear and obvious evidence then the ref should always make the call on the field they believe to be correct, even if that involves blowing a play dead. Otherwise the replay is biased toward a call the officials believes was wrong to begin with.

A better solution would be to eliminate replay and not review anything for any reason ever.

True, but you should let the play on the field play out, in this case, if you are a fucking loser ref and are wrong, you cannot give them the deserved TD because you fucking suck.

Stanley threw touchdowns into the end zone. It was a neat thing that used to happen
This shit is depressing:

Stanzi: 56 passing TD's and 7400 yards in 37 games
Stanley: 68 passing TD's and 8300 yards in 39 games
Spencer: 24 passing TD's and 5200 yards in 31 games

FWIW, I would take Nate Chandler as the QB of this current team over Nate Stanley, but that may be just me.

And somehow they’ve won games. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Just complete nonsense.

Why is that? Chandler was a serviceable QB and would be an upgrade over Petras, but I would probably take Stanley since he has the better arm.
Maybe I was just too young and stupid when Chandler was the QB. I recall that he pissed me off (mainly in that Wisconsin game), but not nearly as often as Stanley pissed me off.

I’m still stupid, but I’m not young anymore.
