Again, the NCAA or whatever thing they are going to form together has to figure this out quickly. It has to be organized like a true pro sports league now. Players unionize, salary caps, collectively bargained benefits, rules on free agency, etc....

College football and men's basketball need to lose their non-profit status so they're actually run like businesses.

This will require congress and the SCOTUS to acknowledge that football is more valuable than women's lacrosse, which is obvious to anyone with half a brain. Title IX is fine if you remove men's football/basketball from the equation, its absurd that we're still trying to pretend all college athletes are equal and that men's football/basketball programs are non-profit enterprises.

Literally everyone you just listed only finished their second year on campus.

They have Jack Campbell and Seth Benson playing in front of them.

The only thing I’d be more concerned about iowa developing than good linebackers for their system, is defensive backs.

I have heard/read zero buzz on Harrell. I don't think he's fast/quick enough to ever be an LB and if I was going to guess, he'd be the one moving to DE.
