I am subscribed to Hulu Live, Peacock, Paramount Plus, Netflix, Prime, Discovery+, BTN+, and added an IPTV this year. I can't record (to my knowledge) the IPTV, but I have been able to watch every NFL game in real-time far cheaper than Sunday Ticket, and get about anything live, just not recordable.

I should probably be dropping many/most of these services and go with the IPTV.
