I compiled all the other times that a non-player affiliated with the Iowa program was suspended for 2 games this season and without getting into specifics, the stats say we're looking at a pretty good run.

Of course he was right, basketball has the most easily corruptible officiating of any sport in the world. Death by 1,000 cuts is incredibly easy to get away with compared to a soccer ref calling a penalty kick or a back judge calling PI. Nobody even talks about the former and the latter two get talked about for weeks after a controversial call. Tim Donaghy was/is not alone.
