The big to big action this year is incredible.I don't think he's a long shot anymore.
I’ve only seen him play a couple times, but is he strong enough to play in the Big 10 as a big man?I know he’s a long shot, but he was in the house today.
Yes you fucking tardI’ve only seen him play a couple times, but is he strong enough to play in the Big 10 as a big man?I know he’s a long shot, but he was in the house today.
I’ve hardly seen him play dipshit, which is why I asked. In the state tournament he sat at the 3 pt line the entire game.Yes you fucking tardI’ve only seen him play a couple times, but is he strong enough to play in the Big 10 as a big man?I know he’s a long shot, but he was in the house today.

When he was a high school sophomore no less.Do we even want him Doug? At state he spent most of his time on the perimeter.
Thank you for the insight. I don’t pay attention to high basketball at all and don’t follow recruiting other than on here. I obviously realize he is a Too 25 player. My sample size of seeing him is small, so I asked a simple question, but of course Doug had to be an angry psycho because he is an angry psycho. When he was a high school sophomore no less.Do we even want him Doug? Eric Bossi the national guy from Rivals went and saw him recently in a high school game. He said he does tend to float, doesn't dominate and isn't their #1 option.
He also said he had freakish athleticism, agility and skill and is worthy of his #26 ranking. And that he has all of the ability necessary to be an NBA player and reminds him of Willie Cauley-Stein.

I like Iowas chances. Saw the kid at the Iowa State Fair several days last year, so obviously hes a great American.if
make the sweet sixteen and you might just land the kid....
I hope you didn't give him any free watermelon. I can see the sanctions now.I like Iowas chances. Saw the kid at the Iowa State Fair several days last year, so obviously hes a great American.if

Bossi thinks the in-state schools will be tough to beat. Especially ifif Kansas/Kentucky/Duke don't make him a priority soon. He's taken 4 official visits already to Iowa, ISU, USC and UCLA.FWIW a coach at William Penn who knows the family well told me if Foster stays in state, he will be a Hawk.
This would be big for a lot of reasons but obv the biggest reason would be finally warding off the blue bloods for an instate guy. I know Woodbury had a UNC offer.247 updated their rankings, Foster falls 3 spots to 34. Maybe this has been discussed before, I'm not checking, but all 5 of the predictions have him to Iowa.

Are the blue bloods even really after him? He has a Kansas offer but they cooled on him. UCLA is pretty much not a blue blood at this point. This would be big for a lot of reasons but obv the biggest reason would be finally warding off the blue bloods for an instate guy. Yeah I’d consider UCLA a blue blood. He may not have offers from all of them but enough that it would be considered breaking that pattern IMOAre the blue bloods even really after him? None of the true others like Kentucky, Kansas, UNC, Michigan State, Michigan, Virginia and others seem to be after him.
I dunno how to define "blue blood" but UCLA was still recruiting like one up until this most recent class when the Alford situation fell apart and USC broke through with the big local AAU teams. They were regularly signing top 10ish classes and pulling in 5 star kidsYeah I’d consider UCLA a blue blood. If you’re talking about name recognition, they still have some clout. That’s about it, and even that is fading. Btw, Alabama won a championship in 92’.UCLA is absolutely a blue blood, and to argue otherwise is foolish.
They are down right now, but like Alabama football in the nineties, are still indisputable royalty.
And UCLA went to 3 straight Final Fours including one championship game from 2006-2008. They’re the original blue blood. If you’re talking about name recognition, they still have some clout. Is Nebrantska a blue blood?UCLA, like Indiana, is a blue blood. Those kind of schools can go 5-6 years in a down cycle and still have the mythos, the aura. Sucks, but that's how it works.
History and name recognition matter.
