I can't recall much about TJ Hall. Were we active with him before he committed to Washington?

My recollection was that he has already committed to Washington by the time Iowa was being mentioned in his recruitment.

Iowa did get involved late. But he looks like a Phil Parker special; tall rangy athlete. He’s also planning on enrolling early, which given the project CB depth, would be fantastic.

I think Hawkeye fans should be really really excited if they manage to land Entringer too.

I would assume so. They’re at 76/85 scholarships for next year and that doesn’t count Linderbaum. Some will go to current walk ons but they need to fill out the rest. 2017-2020 showed how important it is to continue to load up on pass rushers.

I think Iowa will get at least 6 more commits in this class and take at least one transfer. That gets to 83 or so, will go down a couple due to early NFL departures, and then the balance to walkons. Probably 3 or so. Just thinking.

If it wasn’t for the complete abortion on the offensive side of the ball…we’d all be talking a lot more about how Iowa got very very little pressure on opposing QB’s this year.

Unique year in that a lot of guys missed most or all of junior year for Covid. (and established guys couldn't visit)

And it was a small class to begin with. Most of this late push is filling spots that opened by players that entered the portal.
