I can't recall much about TJ Hall. Were we active with him before he committed to Washington?
My recollection was that he has already committed to Washington by the time Iowa was being mentioned in his recruitment.

Would they take Crawford and Allen? I would hope so
I would assume so. They’re at 76/85 scholarships for next year and that doesn’t count Linderbaum. Some will go to current walk ons but they need to fill out the rest. 2017-2020 showed how important it is to continue to load up on pass rushers.

I think Iowa will get at least 6 more commits in this class and take at least one transfer. That gets to 83 or so, will go down a couple due to early NFL departures, and then the balance to walkons. Probably 3 or so. Just thinking.

There is no such thing as having TOO MANY pass rushers.

If it wasn’t for the complete abortion on the offensive side of the ball…we’d all be talking a lot more about how Iowa got very very little pressure on opposing QB’s this year.

This seems really late for Iowa to still be filling up the class

Not just lack of pass rush, but it seemed like the number of TFLs was down significantly as well, especially considering how much Iowa’s run game was stopped for a loss.

IDGAF what happens in the bowl game, next year better have a different QB than either of the two we trotted out this year. If not, I will be really upset.

Is Xavior Williams for sure gone or could he take a covid year and add to the scholarship number? It was weird he chose Iowa but I was a bit surprised he didn't play with Hankins and Moss injured at times this year.

So you are no longer on the Spencer Petras bandwagon?

Wasn't he injured before the season started? Would imagine that didn't help.

From the sounds of it even the coaches were not sure how much eligibility he had after he enrolled.

If we got all four of the guys it would be the best DB haul under Ferentz. Even w/o Entringer I think it would be. We didn't even really have any offers out (except X obvi) until the Fall. Phil Parker has the patience of Gandhi.

Was hoping Entringer would come in as a receiver.
