All the former college players from 2021 and prior have to just want to fucking kill someone with the sort of money being thrown around.

Incredible that a bunch of Ohio State players and a legendary coach was fired and reputation ruined because they sold their gold pants medallions and got some free tattoos.
What are gold pants medallions and where can I get some?

I would like it very much if someone would modify this gif to be black and gold.

I still think Kaleb Johnson would be better off taking a $3m-$5m payday from a school to play next year than going to the NFL. Not to mention endorsement money.

Ohio State or similar would give it to him. Only have to play about 5-6 real games all year and not nearly as much practice grind. His position in the 2026 NFL Draft would be the same or way better.

I agree with this concept in some situations, but never at RB. The goal as a RB is to get to your second contract as fast as possible (while becoming an elite NFL back) because that is where the only chance for real money is.

I doubt Judkins (true junior so no NFL option) made more than $1.5 million and he was about as premium as a RB transfer gets. That's like 3rd round money which is a wash at best in the short term for Kaleb.

Kaleb's year to jump for NIL money was 2024, but he was hurt in 2023 so the money wouldn't have been as good.

They get to have the best, “back in my day…” stories at least.

How about we have a quarterback, throw more than 5 yards downfield to the current receivers first, just to see if they are any good?

It worked that one singular time we tried it to Dayton Howard.

If there is a worse offensive coordinator in the history of the sport, I’d like to hear the case for him.

Kirk should not only be fired, but he should retroactively pay back his earnings with interest going back to 2018

Most successful P2 QBs seem to be fairly welll kempt. Look at the final 4. Hillbilly Ewers even cleaned up before leading team success.

I was looking for the 2013-14 offseason and (lack of) transfer portal thread but couldn’t find it.

I had high hopes for him. Kirk squashed them like a bug by playing many small whites instead.

While a guy who made an NFL practice squad and saw the field is not something we should turn our noses up at as Iowa fans, the main thing I remember about Derrick Willies is the absolute embarrassing way Iowa fans online carried on about losing him after which he went on to catch like 5 passes at Texas Tech.

Being Hawkeye and Iggles fans, my son got an Exciting Whites t shirt for Christmas. Ol’ Kirk was ahead of his time.
