I'm starting to be more ok with this. The guy played center last two years, let him start over Jones. Jones gets a year of weight room and practice on timing of snapping the damn ball.

At minimum he’s depth and replacing someone who unexpectedly left the program in the last few years (no one specific, just saying there have been several). At best he’s a legit starter and someone that can be an actual leader for the OL. The whole line has basically been on the same learning curve - a real leader could be huge and I don’t really think that’s coming from the D2 guy (even if he has D1 talent).

Count me in.
