Was just going to post something like this. If I am an Iowa fan, I am happy but also really ticked off because it's so obvious how much Fran and the team put on the ISU game each year. If they brought this kind of effort every night they stepped on the court, you might actually get to see a team contend for a Big Ten regular season or tournament title. This is a lot how ISU fans felt with McCarney's teams. It was great and never got old beating Iowa, but then you turn around and go, "Wait, why the heck can't we bring that effort and beat teams in our conference? Especially when some of the ones we are losing to are far inferior to the Iowa team we keep beating."

That excuse has to get old.

Isu will come back and win, book it. Iowa isnt good.

All Prohm needs to do at the half is play Garza beating all the ISU players down the floor for an easy dunk and then laughing at ISU afterwards on a loop over and over again and force them to watch it.

I actually enjoyed that game more than some of the wins.. I knew that crap lineups would continue because of prohms cluelessness and blind loyalty to transfer players and it was going to have to get bad before it got any better prohm playing Lewis made the game interesting for me. If they kept winning with those lineups the team would continue to be horrid. Maybe we make so progress now.. no I don’t buy that there isn’t a winning lineup on this roster. Now I’m hyped up for the changes next game.

Tonight just might be the peak of JorBo's basketball career, so I guess you just have to let him have his fun, laugh at him, and then he can go on his way and coach a high school team somewhere in the future.

They never once said that he was just a great basketball player because they know college will be the highest level he reaches. The best part of this is that with this team it isn't fake "swagger" bullshit. They didn't just talk shit and play like pussies or back down when they made a run and the crowd got loud. They came in there to kick ass, talked shit along the way, and when they made a run, our dudes hit big fucking shots and shut them up. They didn't fold and get tight assholes when things got tight.

Fucking Connor of all people just drills a 3 on them. Then Joe gets a 3 point play. CJ got a great fucking deflection, Joe made a sweet ass pass on the break and we got the putback. Then they clanged bullshit prayer 3's. No pussies on this team. Pemsl sucks and he's fake tough but he's not really soft, he's just not good and forces stuff.

Luka is a fucking all-timer. CJ is gonna be an absolute stud. Connor is tough as fuck. bohannon is a legend. Joe is a stud and will figure it out but best of all will be back. Joe T. will spaz at times but is rare as hell around here and won't back down from anyone. Kriener frustrates us but is a damn good backup big man. Bakari kind of sucks on offense but he basically just plays D and doesn't screw anything up. Shit, Till will come in and hustle his ass off and know his role.

I don't know how far they'll go but this team is tougher than any we've had in a long ass time and is fucking fun to watch.

Addition with subtraction for Garza. Losing Cook has decongested the paint and made Garza a focal point.
