9 days ago we looked poised for a 6 seed and given the 3's, I thought we had a reasonable shot at a Sweet 16 if things broke right. Now, barring a deep run in Indy, we're looking at 8-10 and Duke, Virginia, Gonzaga, Tennessee, Kentucky or UNC if we get to the 2nd round.

I think anyone has seen that this team has overachieved. We have some limitations when it comes to matching up with the top 3-4 teams in the league but we have a lot of guys coming back for next year (minus Cook) so we should be pretty solid again. Fran is essentially Tom Davis. He's going to win most years 20 games, lock up most of the in-state talent, and normally one game in the tournament. Everybody wanted Davis back, and they've got him in Fran now it's not enough.

I'm over watching Cook & Garza play together. Two of the worst post defenders/rim protectors in the conference and they make it harder for each other on offense.

I would go small with Baer and Weiskamp at PF. Our rebounding might actually get better.
