Especially 6 year olineman that sucked cock. FUCK OFF, THOM!!! xoxo
Hopefully he remains a back-up behind the people who started over him this year, and you never have to see him play again.

DeJong sucking is overblown. He bordered on decent this year & I would argue, played better at RT than the revolving door @ LT. The slightly unfortunate reality is that he's better than guys we have in the pipeline, he's a highly respected leader, has position flexibility & is a known quantity. Beau Stephens leg exploded & he may not be ready. It's smart to bring him back.

Contrast that with Quinn Schulte, who is probably a much better player, but they are encouraging him to leave (or return as a backup) since they want to open the door for Entringer.

If he's a backup level guy in year 6 then let an underclassmen have a crack at it. Just my (correct) opinion. I still love you.
Like a college coach told me once, if you're not challenging for playing time into your sophomore year, there's a good chance its not going to happen.

That team lost 42-3 in the Douche Championship game. Stones throw away.

They were ranked #2 in the country and were an SEC upset away from #1. I’m sorry you throw a stone like a pussy.

It's getting close to that time for Krogh and Dotzler. Thought Dotzler was pretty well thought of coming out of high school but haven't heard much about him. Hopefully one of the redshirt freshmen can step up next year, maybe Trevor Lauck. Been too long since we have had a stud OLineman.

Dunker sucked all sorts of cock at RT this year, and was clearly much better than DeJong. It's like some of you dipshits don't even watch the game.

And therein lies the problem, really. When the entire unit is terrible, sometimes it's tough to evaluate. All of them had stretches of not being great. I thought Dunker had a better season than Mason Richman, which is especially disappointing considering it was MR's 3rd year as a starter. In games against PSU & Michigan, it certainly appeared to me that Richman was the weakest link.

I would argue Logan Jones was the weakest link and it took him getting injured for Elsbury to get a look at center. The Oline looked a lot better with Elsbury than it did with Jones. If Jones never gets injured does the oline look as decent as it did when Elsbury was in? We don't know, but we do know how shitty they looked with Jones and DeJong starting in the championship game. How about we try some unproven guys and see how they do. I mean it's not like there the QB which we all know can not be swapped out midseason.

Imagine a world where Kirk doesn’t start a returning 6th year senior with prior starting experience.

What reality do you fuckwads inhabit?

I thought the Center position was way more preposterous than any of the QB arguments we have had. To me, Elsbury looked clearly like a significant upgrade from Logan Jones. I don't understand what the staff sees in Logan. He sucks badly.

This burn it all down mentality is not helpful. DeJong was solid at guard this year and that is more than enough reason to justify keeping him around.

The biggest OL problem of the last 7 years is Brian as a playcaller. He shows zero respect for math and insists on running telegraphed plays into heavy fronts without creating enough difficult run/pass decisions for the linebackers. The dropoff was instant in 2017 and continued throughout his time as OC.

Oh and the position change that people should really be clamoring for is Yayha Black to OT. He's an NFL player at DT, but he would be a 1st rounder at OT with massive earning potential.

Kirk did this to us. Which is the way he wants it.
Well, he gets it.

Said that a couple years ago on TOS and was promptly boo'ed. The team may have needed him on defense, but it will cost him $. And In hindsight, having a good OT probably would have helped the team a lot more. A portal DT might not have been too tough to get.

I've been extremely calm calling all you DeJong apologists faggots.
Even Ohio State couldn’t get a good OT in the portal. Note for those who struggle with reading: this does not mean I think DeJong is a good OT.

DeJong was voted 3rd team all conference by the coaches
