I want Johns but the Lester hate is somewhat unfair. Tim Lester took over as OC in October of 2014 and didn’t change the scheme mid season. They also lost the starting QB and had to start a freshman. He was the OC in 2015 and was only slightly better, ranked 77th. 320 yds per game. Still not good but it was just 1 year and then the HC and staff was fired.

However, I am very concerned he hasn’t been an OC since.
