The funny this is that despite getting trolled by this account any one of the beat guys could easily reach out to confirm any of the comments made by that handle. In true journalism you sometimes get leads from seemingly crazy or impossible sources. That’s why you need to take the time to build relationships, vet people, and occasionally get in the mud.

For example, it should be very easy to ask Wadleys mom behind the scenes if they in fact reached out to iowa on behalf of the younger son. Make her answer the question. but they won’t do that because the wrong answer would crush the narrative.
