Even better, university admin and the BoR think it's fine for a collective to not be Title IX compliant, as do basically every athletic department in the country not headed by Gary Barta, but of course the final call lies with Athletics, which is run by a fucking retard.

They have gotten approval from the university and BoR, but the athletic department is saying nope.

Basically they’re asking for the ability to send Kirks swarm promotional video to all season ticket holders. The North Carolina NIL guy told Iowas that the only reason they were able to keep their QB was because of the access their athletic department has given him to promote their collective. He even told Barta that the university could send it out instead of them. Still a nope.

They also can’t advertise at Iowa games without going through and paying Learfield. You can tell from the guys posts that he’s getting burned out from all of this and wants to find someone else to do it.
