And there it is. No changes. Cade is full of shit too. I guarantee we have bridawg for life as well. Get that offense popping with all of the small town undersized crackers at WR. Gonna be wild.

I think if Brian returns there should be a sculpture park-esque gathering.

Only instead of the sculpture park, it’s at the old DICO site. And instead of blowjobs, we beat Doug unconscious with our shoes.

I think so too. I’m guessing it happens when the NFL teams put together new staffs in a couple of weeks. I also think Kirk will telegraph it at the end of the game tomorrow.
Right, and what does anyone expect Brian to say to any press member? He was asked a question that was specifically formed and fishing for info about any changes or people leaving. Brian or any of the coaches aren't going to give up a shred of information on that until after the bowl game. That is just how they do it.

Did people expect Brian to respond to that as "yeah, we promised them I was leaving"?

The most likely scenario that has been hinted at is Brian is heading back to New England along with Bill O'Brien and could be as soon a week from Monday.

Fwiw I also believe Brian will be gone.

But considering we’re dealing with a head coach who started a crash test dummy at QB for three years. I will remain steady at cautiously optimistic until it’s officially official.

The “Brian is gone” assholes are shockingly the exact same people who were confidently proclaiming “Spencer is gone” one year ago.

Weird how that works.

Since the end of the regular season Kirk, Brian and the dipshit son-in-law have all told us, unambiguously, what changes are in store.

This place is going to be a monkey knife fight when Brian leaves and Budmayr is promoted.

All groups retarded, unsatisfied but claiming victory.
There would be no victory with a Budmayr promotion.

Quite the standoff we have coming up.

Only one can be right.

2 men enter, 1 will leave. (AZ joke)

I'll take the increasingly contrarian take that a well established and successful Big Ten coach calling plays for Iowa would be a good thing.

There are warning signs, for sure, but maybe being an OC and not the head guy would be good for him- and more importantly Iowa.

Wouldn’t be that exciting, but at least he’s not Brian. And presumably he wouldn’t call the exact same plays as Brian at the exact same times. I’d take a monkey pointing at random plays in the playbook over Brian.
I am firmly in the NotBrian and NotSpencer camp. I don't want to get my hopes up too high.

Sure, and I’m fine to be wrong. But the interest that Chryst apparently had in recruiting and doing that crucial aspect of the job is concerning. Not putting together a real recruiting staff is a red flag of concern. But maybe he and Kirk are simpatico filling each other’s weaknesses of their own strengths. I’d love that. And let’s not forget in general, fuck Wisconsin.

Some of you act like saying “we clearly need to make some changes” is some outrageous quote that would be inappropriate coming out of the coaches mouth. It’s not. What he actually said was way more outlandish

Isn’t there concern regarding the racism lawsuit? Or does Belichick just swing a big enough dick that it doesn’t matter?

In the unlikely event the suit is not dismissed and/or privately settled, and he is, in fact, found responsible racial discrimination against the plaintiffs, I am confident that the New England Patriots could terminate Kirk’s son, Brian Ferentz's employment with minimal disruption to their day-to-day operations.

Other than the Patriots, where is Brian going? If for some reason O’Brien doesn’t get the OC job, Brian has nowhere to go.
