If you have an athletic recruit that is capable of playing multiple positions, let the kid believe he can play WR if it helps him sign. Many of these guys quickly figure it out. They see what a real WR, QB, etc looks like once they start practicing and/or get buried on the depth chart. They realize their path to playing time comes with a position change.
