I love beating Wisconsin. And the fact they have a lame duck coach is even better.
I'm not sold on that first part - it's said that Chryst no longer wanted anything to do with recruiting, which seems like a problem if your profession is "college football head coach".Getting rid of Chryst was the dumbest thing they could’ve done and a return to the pre-Alvarez days isn’t that hard to imagine.
It was 66 yards and it was very embarrassing.Getting rid of the Wilcox/Leonard 3-4 really fucked them too. They smothered us for many years. We had like 80 yards against them the game after we put up 56 on Ohio State.
Even dumber, it was actually a full blown Air Raid system. Their new OC this year seems to run a more balanced spread, was OL coach under Chizik when Auburn won the title in 2010 with Cam.Their mistake was abandoning the run-first-only-and-always identity that they'd established over thirty years of sustained success for some dumb West Coast/spread shit, especially after NU conclusively established how stupid that is over the last twenty years.
they did he went 4-3 as the interimi was surprised they didn't give Leonard a chance.
Not really. Lots of teams still looking and starting spring practice. Probably was waiting to see Gronowski's progress. Maybe it's a good sign.Weird timing
I was thinking why not transfer back in January? In fact i had sort of forgotten he was still on the roster. He knows where he’s at on the depth chart or he already has a spot lined up.
Edit to add I think Brown was likely to be ahead of him for the backup spot.
Yep, he got jumped by Brown. They also have Stratton and the other Sullivan. He knows where he’s at on the depth chart or he already has a spot lined up.

I don't know about that second part, BUT it would make sense for Iowa to want Brown to get more of the reps right now considering he's currently penciled in as the guy in 2026. Couple that with Sully wanting to play his last season rather than be a gadget guy again and it just kinda works out for both parties. Sully gets his final shot, and Iowa gets back under the scholarship limit and a chance to groom a potential 2026 starter. He knows where he’s at on the depth chart or he already has a spot lined up.

Yep and I already forgot that he didn't transfer yet.My boy Sully was what we needed at the time....
Very true, I went to a small school and our JV qb got hurt so they brought down a very athletic varsity receiver to qb a jv game with very little experience. 2nd possession or so he audibled to a sweep right that had a slight problem, due to the formation, there was no rb on that side. He pitched it to empty space for about a 12 yard loss. Next play he scrambles for a 60 yard td. I think it was against Gladbrook or another shitty team like that. Maybe Hudson.Sullivan reminded me of high school football when a school's quarterback is injured, they just put in the next most athletic kid who has little, if any, QB experience and looks to scramble on every pass play. It was fun for a game or so
great humble brag, Lad.Very true, I went to a small school and our JV qb got hurt so they had me qb a jv game with very little experience. 2nd possession or so I audibled to a sweep right that had a slight problem, due to the formation, there was no rb on that side. Nope, I wasn’t the WR turned Qb.great humble brag, Lad.
Compared to the statues we’ve had over the last 5-6 years, he was very refreshingSullivan reminded me of high school football when a school's quarterback is injured, they just put in the next most athletic kid who has little, if any, QB experience and looks to scramble on every pass play. 151 yards passing - 1 TDNico sure destroyed Iowa in the bowl game two years ago.
So yes 4 TDs against Iowa's best defense ever. 2 of the running TDs weer scrambles. I am surprised he was a disappointment last year. He looked liked future Heisman to me.151 yards passing - 1 TD
27 yards rushing - 3 TDs which should have gone to RBs if Bud Kilmer weren't coaching)
More of this happening would be a positive development. He was about as average as average gets. Someone will be dumb enough to sign him but it would be funny if no one did.
Definitely wasn’t Hudson.Very true, I went to a small school and our JV qb got hurt so they brought down a very athletic varsity receiver to qb a jv game with very little experience. 2nd possession or so he audibled to a sweep right that had a slight problem, due to the formation, there was no rb on that side. In 8th grade our backup QB came in and called "Green Zero" at the line 3 straight plays.Very true, I went to a small school and our JV qb got hurt so they brought down a very athletic varsity receiver to qb a jv game with very little experience. 2nd possession or so he audibled to a sweep right that had a slight problem, due to the formation, there was no rb on that side. It was a fittingly disastrous funeral for Kirk’s son, Brian Ferentz. Can’t believe we endured 4 hours of Nico fluffing for nothing

Khalil and Drew Tate fucked once. Unlucky.Any relation to Khalil Hill?
Who pitched and who caught? I feel like Hill would be a power bottom.Khalil and Drew Tate fucked once. Unlucky.
