Had to pop over to Carver for work this morning…with Fran, when I’d walk through the weight room and there were mens players lifting weights it would usually be 2 or 3 guys with a tablet that I assume had their workout on it and they worked at their own pace.

Today, the entire team was in there lifting their asses off. McCollum was in the center sweating his ass off making sure they were all getting after it. Cooper Koch has to be the sorest guy in the world right now.

I'm really excited about the emerging physiques of these young men. Hoping they have a well-developed lower body, with nice thick thighs, and muscular glutes. I also hope they develop a well-built upper body, fantastic shoulders, and pecs that just bulge out of tight-fitting athletic gear
