It already happened in Oregon and Washington (population 7.5 mil), I suspect a similar thing will happen to KSU (although they seem to have more mega boosters and resources) , and maybe to Arizona (which has unfathomable levels of debt due to mismanagement).

I remember after the 2002 Michigan State game where Iowa killed them, that a random video coordinator noticed that anytime Rodgers heal was elevated it was a pass play and any time it was down it was a run play so they just crashed the line of scrimmage based on his heal placement.
