Iowa State rejects this altogether because it presumes everyone runs on the outdated accrual based accounting system.

When you modernize to a Delusional Revenue Recognition system that properly accounts for upcoming strip mall developments by recognizing a portion of future revenue right now, they're actually one of the top athletic departments in the country.
