I think he will given the plan is to turn the program over to him.

Last year was a good mix of everything for Brian. He had a couple of game plans that were horrible like Michigan State, Wisconsin and Purdue and multiple that were great like Iowa State, Ohio State and Nebrantska. He should have a good leap forward in the second year with Stanley and Fant along with better receivers.

I'm cautiously optimistic about the offense this year. How often does a first year offense have a good season, let alone the OC's first year ever? BF showed signs of growth. His play calling will be better. Stanley will be better. The running game will be fine. Big question as always is WRs but we will have enough to compensate.

We will score some points. The D just needs to hold it together until the LBs come along. Pretty favorable schedule. I see no reason we can't go undefeated and win the Big Ten Championship game. From there it really is about matchups in the National Title game which makes predictions pretty difficult.
