Agree. My gut is that Iowa is a somewhat easier sell to those kids than it is to kids that once had the Blue Bloods sucking them off to come to their school.

There are a lot of things about Kirk that drive me nuts, but I will absolutely grant him that he's built a culture/system that a certain type of player buys in to. As much as certain recruiting battles have frustrated fans, I think way more often than not, he's made the right call on kids that were simply not great fits for the culture.
