Iowa offered him out of HS
YesMason's brother, right?
3rd on the team in tackles and Honorable Mention All Big 10, seems like he pretty much nailed your expectation.I wouldn’t ever say not good. I was expecting all-conference play or close to it and it wasn’t that, imo.
English please. They deserved a much larger chunk of the value they were helping to generate, but the unfettered absence of binding and enforceable commitments is something that cannot abide for long without irreparable brand damage. IMO.
Schools are going to need to sue to enforce deals (and for tortious interference where appropriate), and courts are gonna need to issue proper remedies, both injunctive and monetary against players and schools alike.
the NCAA as a source of enforceable rules is dead and I don’t think there’s any way to resuscitate it. any meaningful enforcement is going to need to be private. I’m not even sure the conferences can do much that matters anymore, at least relative to players’ rightsIf the NCAA members were less dumb about a lot of shit (Drew Ott eligibility, keeping all of the revenue from massive TV deals while expanding schedules, etc) maybe they don’t get their asses pwn3d every time they go to court.
Are you autistic? You idiots spent too many years telling kids who produced millions in value that they should shut up and be thankful for their full ride scholarship. It was easy to say because they had what you wanted and you wanted it bad.
Yes he is. A few others on here need to get checked for the tism as well. Are you autistic?
I'd love to change just a couple of words on this and make it political, but out of respect for a sports related thread, I shall refrain. You idiots spent too many years telling kids who produced millions in value that they should shut up and be thankful for their full ride scholarship. It was easy to say because they had what you wanted and you wanted it bad.
The players’ sheer talent and skill is why college sports are so economically valuable. Just like how the G-League and MiLB absolutely crush the ratings and make money hand over fist. You idiots spent too many years telling kids who produced millions in value that they should shut up and be thankful for their full ride scholarship. It was easy to say because they had what you wanted and you wanted it bad.
Is this your first visit to HawkeyeLounge.com?Are you autistic?
ok is this the first such legal battle to arise? I love it. Anything to hurry the current circus to its demise is welcome
Those brands are more valuable to the donors when they win.The value lies almost entirely in the school brands. Even the kids getting fat sacks are only benefiting because of rich donors to who love the school.
pretty sure he left missouri now too and is portaling again
This guy played at Missouri this year and is part of a lawsuit and countersuit because he signed a contract with Georgia in Dec 2024 and then left days later.
You are one of the most retarded posters on here. Learn how to string a few sentences together coherently before you call anyone else retarded.Blaming Ivan is fun. Blaming the morons who thought full rides were good enough isn’t. Got it, retards. Carry on.
Honestly pry the best strategy for us. Guys w multiple years left and already shown they can play a bit above the HS level. Its pretty obvious that Iowa is trying to stick with players in the portal that are young with some good experience and or players at lower levels that excelled and are looking to move up in competition. Not only are they cheaper but they avoid most of the bs involved with players chasing the big pay day.
This will not be popular with New Halo, but this will almost only happen with BLACK PLAYERS.ok is this the first such legal battle to arise? I love it. Anything to hurry the current circus to its demise is welcome
That's not why it's happening.Well yea they’re usually good
He appears to be suffering from abject faggotry. Thoughts and prayers for his recovery.Entringer visiting Texas Tech, Louisville, and West Virginia. Last one seems random.
Iowas trying to replace him with this guy.Entringer visiting Texas Tech, Louisville, and West Virginia. Last one seems random.
That is an underwhelming list. Has to just be looking for a little bit more than Iowa was paying. Unreal. He appears to be suffering from abject faggotry. Thoughts and prayers for his recovery.
2 of those schools have the money he’s looking for. West Virginia….that one doesn’t make sense. Koi Perich just visited Texas Tech as well. That is an underwhelming list. Has to just be looking for a little bit more than Iowa was paying. Unreal.
